Male assaulted baby in cafe toilet, SC sheriff suggests

A restaurant employee was arrested over the weekend following he allegedly adopted a young lady into the cafe lavatory.

Richland County sheriff’s deputies have billed Manuel Cuim, 18, with very first degree felony sexual perform with a slight and kidnapping just after they had been identified as to El Poblano Restaurant on Dutch Fork Street on Friday.

A lady underneath the age of 11 went into the cafe rest room Friday when Cuim, who worked in the cafe, allegedly followed her within and “touched the baby inappropriately,” according to a launch from the Richland County Sheriff’s Section.
