Missouri Attorney Standard files lawsuit towards Springfield roofing firm pursuing On Your Side Investigation

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – It is an On Your Side Investigation obtaining the Missouri Attorney General’s consideration. Missouri Lawyer Standard Eric Schmitt filed a civil lawsuit against a Springfield roofing business.

This all commenced from months of reporting from our Ashley Reynolds. Clients say they paid Dakoda Truitt, with Truitt’s Roofing, 1000’s, waited months and the work under no circumstances started off.

The lawsuit says Truitt violated the Missouri Merchandising Methods Act by deceiving prospects. Courtroom paperwork examine he cheated prospects and gave ‘a false impression’. Buyers by identify are stated in this lawsuit, including a church in Truthful Grove. The church paid him $29,000.
